UCAT Headstart for Students Preparing Before Exam Year

A structured early UCAT preparation course for students who want to build confidence, reasoning skills and time pressure habits before the intensity of their UCAT exam year.

Places are limited across Campbelltown and Mitcham. Early preparation creates a stronger pathway into the main UCAT course.

The students who start early do not just learn more. They become calmer, faster and more familiar with the way UCAT questions work.

MedPrep’s UCAT Headstart Course is designed for students who are preparing early before their main UCAT exam year. Through weekly structured sessions, guided practice and progressive exposure to all four UCAT sections, students develop the thinking habits needed for future UCAT success.

This is not a cramming course. It is a long-term preparation pathway.

Students can attend face-to-face in Adelaide, with live online access available through our hybrid tuition model where required. Course resources are also available through the student portal as downloadable PDFs.

Why Start Early?

Early Preparation Creates Competitive Advantage

The UCAT tests skills that take time to build. Students need to develop reading accuracy, logical reasoning, numerical confidence, ethical judgement and time pressure decision-making.

Headstart gives students the opportunity to build these skills before exam year becomes crowded with school assessments, subject pressure and final UCAT preparation.

The aim is not to rush students into high-pressure exam preparation too early. The aim is to build familiarity, confidence and strong reasoning habits over time.
